(1) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must,

by means of a clear declaration (such as a letter sent by mail, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, the use of which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

(2) CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. We will pick up goods that cannot be shipped as a parcel from you. You must return or hand over goods that can be sent by parcel post to us without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be shipped by parcel before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We bear the cost of returning the goods to the delivery areas specified under Section 1 (3). For all other countries, the buyer bears the cost of return. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

NOTE ON LEGAL EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

According to the statutory provisions, you are not entitled to the right of revocation in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB), for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB), for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB), for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 6 BGB), for the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts (§ 312g para. 2 no. 7 BGB).
