Because taste is really important to us! We spend a long time perfecting our recipes and we only use ingredients of organic and Demeter quality. That is exactly what makes these sticks so delicious.
The grain and cheese come from a Demeter farm in Southern Germany, with the wheat grown and harvested in Demeter quality just a few kilometers from the processing plant. The tomatoes come from an organic farm in Italy and the organic bell peppers from Hungary. The olive oil originates from Greece. We always know exactly where our ingredients come from.
Both: the bakers weigh the ingredients by hand and slide the baking trays into the oven themselves. But they are supported by machines, for example when kneading the dough.
Yes, we have been working with a family business in Southern Germany for many years. We have been in close contact from the very beginning and continue to refine the recipe for the sticks every year to make them even better together.
So they turn out really good. The dough needs time to rise, just like you. That’s the only way the sticks become light and crispy. We give the sticks the time they need, and you can taste it.
Yes! The pizza sticks have been around for a long time. You could say the bell pepper stick is now the little sibling – just as delicious, of course.
Throughout the entire history of MOGLi, over 10 million packs have been opened by excited children's hands. That's quite a lot of crunchy sticks, isn't it?

Our breadsticks are created in a traditional family business in Southern Germany. The wheat comes from a local Demeter farm and is milled right next to the bakery. The ingredients are weighed by hand, the dough is given time to rest, and every tray is placed in the oven by the bakers themselves. We give our pizza and paprika breadsticks the time they need to become truly excellent – and you can taste it.
