Demeter certification goes far beyond the requirements of the EU organic regulation – you can't get any higher quality than this. The Biodynamic federation has been certifying and inspecting food produced in harmony with nature for around 100 years. Right from the start, farmers decided against monoculture, chemical pesticides and fertilizers, and factory farming, choosing instead to work with nature rather than against it.

We believe Demeter is rightly considered the most sustainable form of agriculture.

We like to know where our ingredients come from – and we're sure you do too. That's why our raw materials come from organic and, where possible, biodynamic agriculture. No synthetic pesticides, instead a great deal of respect for nature and animals – and close partnerships that have often existed for years. Some snacks are processed directly in the growing region – such as our pouches in Italy. Short distances, clear origins – we attach great importance to this.

In addition to high-quality ingredients, our delicious biscuits and snacks also require the right recipe, which should, of course, appeal to children in particular. Our product developers work on this for months together with selected processing companies. We value long-term partnerships and fair cooperation. The popular Pizza Sticks – one of the first products in our range – are manufactured by a traditional family business in Baden-Württemberg. The spelt is grown and harvested right next door in Demeter quality before it is used to make the sticks.

Our principle: as little as possible, as much as necessary. To ensure that the goodness of nature remains in our snacks, we process ingredients with exceptional care. Artificial flavors, colors, or emulsifiers? You won't find them here. This keeps the taste authentic – and lets children experience how food really tastes.

Industrial sugar? We don't use it. We prefer to sweeten with agave, dates, honey, or fruit. Always mildly sweetened – so that snacks are enjoyable but not overly sugary. The same applies to salt: only as much as is needed. Many products do not contain any at all.
