MOGLi Conditions of Participation – Important Information

Here you will find our terms and conditions for the currently active prize draws:

1. Website prize draw: 1x roadsurfer €3000 road trip voucher, 50x MOGLi Wild Kids bundle including snacks, scrapbook, stickers & drawstring bag.

1. ORGANIZER AND DATA CONTROLLER

The prize draw is organized by MOGLi Naturkost GmbH, Oberlandstraße 26, 12099 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “MOGLi”).

2. PARTICIPATION AND WINNER DETERMINATION

Participation is open to all persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany. Employees of MOGLi Naturkost GmbH are excluded from participating. Legal recourse and cash payment of the prizes are excluded.

Participation takes place according to the conditions stated on the website.

Participation is possible until 20.10.2026 at 11:59 p.m.

The following prizes will be raffled off:

  • 1x roadsurfer €3000 voucher.
  • 50x MOGLi Wild Kids bundle including snacks, scrapbook, stickers & drawstring bag.

What details apply to the roadsurfer voucher?

The winner(s) will be selected by a random draw on the following day.

Each person may only participate in the prize draw once. Participation via automated third-party mass entry processes is not permitted. The prize will not be paid out in cash. MOGLi reserves the right to exclude the participant from the draw in the event of suspected technical manipulation.

The winner(s) will then be notified of their win via email. Complete contact details (first and last name as well as postal address) must then be sent to MOGLi. If this does not happen within three days, MOGLi reserves the right to draw another person and reallocate the prize. The prize will then be sent by post within Germany to the provided postal address. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize becomes void and MOGLi has the right to draw a replacement winner.

Participation is free of charge. Participants are only responsible for any internet connection fees. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services.

By participating in the prize draw, participants are automatically invited to our "Dschungelpost" newsletter. For this purpose, participants will receive a confirmation link by email, which can be confirmed or declined.

Participation in the prize draw is also possible without subscribing to the newsletter.

3. DATA PROTECTION

We use the data of the participants and the name and address details of the winner to carry out the prize draw. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR. The submitted data will be deleted four weeks after the closing date. We only transmit the data to our service providers who help us process the prize draw, such as agencies, cooperation partners, shipping companies, and IT service providers.

Every participant has the right to information regarding the processing of their personal data, the right to data portability, and, if applicable, the rights to deletion, correction, restriction of processing and/or objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
