MOGLi Conditions of Participation – Important Information
Here you can find our terms and conditions for the current competitions:
1. Instagram competition: 1 x school cone from Bela Maikind and MOGLi snack package on the Instagram page mogli_de & bela_maikind (co-author post)
1. ORGANIZER AND RESPONSIBLE BODY FOR DATA PROCESSING
The organizer of the competition is MOGLi Naturkost GmbH, Oberlandstraße 26, 12099 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “MOGLi”).
2. PARTICIPATION AND WINNER DETERMINATION
All persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of MOGLi Naturkost GmbH are excluded from participation. Legal recourse and cash payment of the prizes are excluded.
Participation is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the website.
Participation is possible until June 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
The following prizes will be raffled off:
- 1x handmade school cone by Bela Maikind with MOGLi snack package
The winner will be chosen at random the following day.
Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation via automated mass participation processes operated by third parties is not permitted. The prize will not be paid out in cash. MOGLi reserves the right to exclude any participant from the competition if technical manipulation is suspected.
The winner will then be notified of their prize via email. They must then provide their full contact details (first and last name, and postal address) to MOGLi. If this is not done within three days, MOGLi reserves the right to randomly select another person and award the prize to a new winner. The prize will then be sent by post within Germany to the specified postal address. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the right to the prize expires, and MOGLi reserves the right to randomly select a replacement winner.
Participation is free of charge. Participants only have to pay the internet connection fee. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services.
By participating in the competition, participants will automatically be invited to our "Jungle Post" newsletter. Participants will receive a confirmation link via email, which they can confirm or decline.
Participation in the competition is possible even without subscribing to the newsletter.
3. DATA PROTECTION
We use the participants' data and the winner's name and address details to conduct the competition. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The submitted data will be deleted four weeks after the closing date. We only transmit the data to our service providers who help us administer the competition, such as agencies, cooperation partners, shipping companies, and IT service providers.
Every participating person has the right to information about the processing of personal data concerning him or her, a right to data portability and, where applicable, rights to erasure, rectification, restriction of processing and/or objection to processing as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
