Marketing Intern starting February/March 2026 (36 hours)

At MOGLi, we have been passionately developing and distributing Demeter and organic snacks for the whole family since 2012. Our popular snacks are sold in German organic shops, drugstores and retail chains, as well as in over 30 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated marketing team as an intern. You will support us in implementing all marketing activities and help us spread the MOGLi brand mission! Because we're not just about delicious snacks. We want more. "Grow wild" means to us that every child should grow up according to their own nature: individually, freely, creatively, and with a great joy of discovery.

For example, what tasks can you expect to perform with us?

• You will support us in managing our social media channels, create creative content for all relevant digital channels, and contribute your own format ideas.
• You will support us in building and developing a content strategy for our TikTok channel; you will conceptualize and implement suitable content for the platform.
• You will support the implementation of influencer and digital collaborations with other brands and our retail partners.
• You will assist with the maintenance of our website, especially our blog, and research exciting outdoor tips for children and families.
• You will be responsible for the digital brand presence at our retail partners, such as dm.
• You analyze the market and the competitive landscape and conduct your own small-scale market research.

And ideally, you bring that with you.

• You have initial experience in marketing and communication and are pursuing a marketing-related degree.
• You are interested in presenting our brand on camera, especially for our social media channels.
• You want to immerse yourself in the world of a sustainable company and find the organic world exciting.
• You are full of creative energy and have a strong affinity for online technology.
• You enjoy coordinating different projects and have a "can-do" mentality.
• You enjoy writing and do so with passion.
• You work in a structured and conscientious manner and are eager to take on responsibility.
