Try our crispy, berry-flavored snack highlight for your next outing! Our Strawberry Crunch To Go will delight not only little strawberry fans, but also big ones. Decorated with our cute forest animal cookies, they're not only delicious but also a real eye-catcher.

This is what you need for 6-8 glasses:

Preparation time: 20 minutes

• MOGLi Strawberry Cookies
• 500 g quark
• 250 g yogurt
• 1 organic lemon
• 4 tbsp agave syrup
• 50 g puffed amaranth
• 400 g fresh strawberries
• fresh mint
• Sealable jars

And here's how it works:

1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Puree half of the berries into a puree and mix into the strawberry pieces.
2. Roast the amaranth in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of agave syrup and let the amaranth caramelize slightly.
3. Combine the quark, yogurt, and remaining agave syrup. Season with 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
4. Roughly crumble the strawberry biscuits.
5. Pour a layer of quark-yogurt mixture into the glass, add strawberries on top and sprinkle with strawberry biscuits.
6. Repeat the process until the glasses are full and garnish with caramelized amaranth, strawberry biscuits and mint to taste.
7. Now put the glasses in the fridge until you start.
8. Close the jars tightly, pack your backpack and enjoy on the go!
