Yes, at Christmas, it's time for a festive dessert that everyone in the family will enjoy! And because speculatius biscuits are a favorite with children anyway, we'll simply conjure up a heavenly children's tiramisu. Crispy speculatius biscuits meet fruity tangerines and a delicious vanilla cream – the perfect treat for the whole family! The best part? It's incredibly easy to make and guaranteed to be a Christmas highlight. Give it a try!

This is what you need for 6-8 glasses:

Preparation time: 20 minutes

• 2 x MOGLi Spekulatius Cookies
• 5 tangerines
• 2 oranges
• 150 g cream
• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g low-fat curd cheese
• 1 organic vanilla pod or vanilla paste
• 1 cinnamon stick apple syrup or agave syrup
• 2 tablespoons honey

And here's how it works:

1. Roughly crumble MOGLi Spekulatius biscuits. Simply crush the sealed package with a rolling pin.
2. Next, whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark and mascarpone.
3. Then add some apple syrup and vanilla pulp to the cream.
4. Peel and slice the tangerines and oranges, then bring to a boil with the cinnamon stick and honey for 5-7 minutes. Then let cool.
5. Now it's time to layer: First, add the mandarin compote to the glass, then the cookie crumbs, and then the cream.
6. Repeat the process until the glasses are full. Finally, top with the remaining cookie crumbs, a speculatius biscuit, and a little compote.
7. Now place the jars in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours.
8. And you're done: now just spoon it up and enjoy!
