3. Energy Balls with Carrot Cookies

This is what you need:
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 100 g oat flakes (fine)
- MOGLi Carrot Cookies
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 1-2 teaspoons alternative sweetener (e.g. agave syrup)
- For the coating: more oat flakes, biscuits + cinnamon
And here's how it works:
- Finely grate the carrot and apple and place them in a bowl
- Add oatmeal
- Crumble the carrot biscuits and add them
- Sweeten naturally with agave syrup and apple puree
- Stir everything well to form a homogeneous mixture
- Now form small balls with your hands
- Roll the energy balls in oat flakes, biscuit crumbs and cinnamon as desired
- Enjoy!
