Whether for a child's birthday party, as a special breakfast, or a healthy snack between meals – with just a few ingredients and no artificial additives, you can conjure up an edible eye-catcher in no time. The lion's mane is not only a visual highlight, but is also packed with natural, organic ingredients – ideal for little explorers.

This is required:

• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 2 carrots
• 1 serving of (vegan) herb quark – or the MOGLi cress dip: https://mogli.de/produkte/kresse-dip
• MOGLi Pizza Taler: https://mogli.de/produkte/pizza-taler
• 2 blueberries
• Fresh chives
• 1 round wooden board
• 1 small dip bowl

And here's how it works:

1. Cut the carrots and peppers into strips, leaving small pieces for the "nose" and "mouth."
2. Pour the dip into a small bowl and place it in the middle of the board
3. Arrange the pepper and carrot strips around the dip in a "lion's mane." Leave a space for the pizza slices, which are also placed in a pyramid shape on the snack plate.
4. Place two pizza tokens on the dip for the “eyes”
5. Place two blueberries on the pizza topping for the pupils
6. Cut a “mouth” out of the pepper and a triangular “nose” out of the carrot and place them on the dip
7. Put a little chives on the “nose” for the whiskers
8. Finally, place two pizza tokens behind the dip bowl as “ears”
